This is a great park with everything from great childrens playground to crazy golf to tennis courts to a boating lake. With lots of space to run around and a very friendly cafe in the park to meet your refreshment needs.

A great place to spend the afternoon with the kids.
The childrens playground is a very well equiped enjoyable place in the winter but in the summer it is great on sunny days. The paddling pool is a real winner with my kids.They love the water fountains and running in and out of the shallow water avoiding the jets. You can get take away sandwiches and drinks from the cafe and enjoy a picnic either outside the cafe or in the dedicated picnic area. The very friendly cafe also has a kids menu so when its not quite picnic weather my kids are happy with the fish fingers and chips option. Great coffee too. Don’t forget to take your crusts of bread as there are plenty of friendly ducks and geese on the boating lake.
