This pub has long been well known and loved by the locals, partly thanks to its huge beer garden (with patio heaters) and Sunday roasts. Children are welcome during the day – although since orders are normally placed at the bar inside (up some steps) you may find it tricky to place your order unless you can leave someone at your table with the kids.
