I had the pleasure of doing business with Pineapple Leisure several times, and I would like to say that they provide the best service i have ever recieved. For example, on several occasions, I emailed at around 11.30pm at night, and got an email back within ten minutes. That is what I call customer service. Their bouncy castles are fantastic, and have fantastic price tags along with them! I remember when I set up my company, and got much guidence from the staff at Pineapple. The castle’s artwork is superior to any other bouncy castle manufacturers, at such a great price. I’m ordering some sumo suits in a few weeks for the child’s birthday party, I have no doubt that they will be of excellent quality, just as all my other Pineapple products are.
