I visited Marwell over the October half term with my three rowdy kids. The setup is fantastic for children of all ages, but I flinched a bit at the entry cost – especially on a cold, rainy day, when all the animals were (sensibly) hiding inside!

Our 17 month old daughter had a great time on her first visit to this zoo last week. We had a lovely afternoon as there were plenty of animals for her to see despite it being a blustery day. We live fairly nearby so we took a chance and bought an annual pass… I’m glad we did! I think we are going to have some great times there learning about the animals together. At the end of our visit we popped in to the cafe/shop and it looked like they were building a new soft play area for little ones too – yay!
