For over 45 years the Little Angel Theatre has been providing high quality puppet theatre aimed at family audiences. The 100 seat theatre stands side-by-side with the workshop, where all the new productions and puppets are developed, carved and constructed. Past shows include Shoebaby, Rapunzel and the Tower of Doom, The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me, and The Princess and the Pea. Children will also love the Saturday morning Puppet club, Crafty Kids, and other family activities and fun days for kids aged 2 – 16.

A small but excellent theatre with some great productions for kids. As with any theatre production, check the age policy before booking to ensure your little angel will enjoy. There are some baby friendly showings so its possible to take babies along too but book these well in advance. Note though that parking is very limited around the theatre as mainly residents only; there are limited pay/display but these are very expensive and likely to be busy on football match days.
