The swimming pool and fitness centre is set amidst the much larger Aireville park . Facilities include: main and training pool, fitness centre, cafe and a sauna and steam room. There is a small outdoor playground by the pool entrance and ample parking.
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 6.15am to 10pm, Sat-Sun 8.45am to 5pm, Bank hols 9.15am to 4.30pm

If you are in Skipton with toddlers and the weather takes a turn for the worse, this is an easy (and cheap) place to spend an hour or two. Alongside the main pool, there is an excellent shallow kids pool with children up to about 5 years splashing around. The open-plan changing rooms are unisex (which is fine, but a bit unusual at first), and open right onto the poolside. They also have family cubicles which makes containing your little ones whilst changing a real breeze – just watch out for them making a sprint for the water the moment you open the cubicle door! The café is disappointing for food options, so we brought our own for the kids, but it’s fine just for a coffee.There is a basic, but ok climbing frame outside the main entrance to get rid of any remaining energy.
