My kids love Activity World but after a run in with the rude manageress, glinis i did not return for a long time. My kids hounded me to take them back so i did, i just avoid her if she is working, i dont find her costomer friendly and not accomodating at all. shame really as the other manager richard is really nice and the staff are fine and friendly and seem to work hard expecially when its busy, they always open the mine as my kids like collecting the gems. The play area is really large and always seems clean, my kids love it in there. I would recomend activity world as it is great for children and good value, just check out what manager is working before visiting. lol.
